UPDATE

With the regular use of HERBALIFELINE (available from HERBALIFE) I have been able to completely cease my use of antidepressant medication.

I take 2 HERBALIFELINE capsules 3 times daily with meals.

I have reduced from 150mg of antidepressant medication daily to NO antidepressant medication.

I feel happy, content and energetic and I am sleeping well at night.

HERBALIFE WEIGHTLOSS Progress Report

I have been extremely ill the last two weeks or so. I have adhered to the HERBALIFE WEIGHTLOSS PROGRAM as much as was possible but not strictly according to directions.

So here are my current weight and measurements and now I am feeling much better physically it will be like starting over and I'm very excited to be able to fully get back into the swing of things.

CURRENT WEIGHT: 100kg
OVERALL LOSS: 5.5kg

BUST: 112cm

WAIST: 104cm

HIPS: 130cm

THIGH: 63cm

HERBALIFE WEIGHTLOSS Progress Report - End Of Week One

Weight loss at the end of the first week = 2.5kg

Weight = 103kg

Measurements:

bust = 113.5cm
waist = 109.2cm
hips = 133.0cm
thigh = 68cm

Well I still haven't taken a before photo so I better get onto it before I lose more weight.

This first week has been easier than I thought it would be. I'm not suffering from hunger pangs which is a great relief and I can have a snack in the morning and afternoon if I need to.

The past week I have not been exercising so this coming week I plan to kick it up a notch and start walking the dogs at least once a day and doing an aerobics DVD 3 to 4 times a week. So accelerated weightloss here I come.

HERBALIFE WEIGHTLOSS Starting Out - A Bit About Me

Hi...Here is a little info about me so you can track my progress, weightloss and health gains made with Herbalife.

Height 170cm or approx 5'7

Weight 105.5kg or just over 16 stones

Blood pressure...who knows...I'll get it checked out on Wednesday when I see the doctor

Measurements...if I could find my tape measure I'd know...will buy a new tape measure tomorrow

General state of health...poor...not eating regularly and when I do its usually crappy food with low nutritional value...I also drink massive amounts of coffee with sugar and milk...the coffee is what keeps me going

Exercise...very little...very unfit and become puffed out very easily

I will post a current photo when I find one.

Can't wait to get started...The products should arrive in the mail on Monday.
